Registration

To register, please complete the online registration form. Registration is requested by September 24, 2008. All registrations received by this date will be confirmed. Should it become necessary to cancel a registration, please provide a written cancellation before September 24, 2008 for a full refund of the registration fee. Registration fees include the cost of instruction, syllabus, continental breakfast, break refreshments and lunch.
