| CareSpan™, Helping You Stay Well When we are 55 and older, health concerns may become a little more common. It's good to have a professional to talk to about a chronic problem, a new medicine, a mild ache or pain, or maybe just to get your blood pressure re-checked. CareSpan™ is able to offer this much needed medical information through their free clinics. CareSpan™ clinic hours at the Sanford Wellness Center are Thursdays, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. This service is free (no membership required) and is encouraged for individuals 55 and older. This walk-in health maintenance clinic is conducted by a Certified Geriatric Nurse, in collaboration with Advance Practice Nurses, your local physician and other health care providers.
