Grieving a loss is a process that involves accepting the reality of the loss, identifying and expressing the feelings associated with the loss, adjusting to life without your loved one, saying good-bye and moving on. New Baby & Me This weekly discussion group for new moms includes questions and discussion topics such as "Why does my baby cry so much?" "How do I adjust to this new role of being a mom?" "How can I get anything done?" "How will I know if my baby is sick?" "How long should I breastfeed?" and more.
Plan to attend "New Baby and Me" to discuss these and other issues and concerns you may have. DON'T forget to bring your baby!
